These terms cover how companies and restaurants use OfficeBites. By submitting a catering request or applying as a restaurant partner, you agree to them.
Acești termeni acoperă modul în care companiile și restaurantele folosesc OfficeBites. Prin trimiterea unei cereri de catering sau a unei aplicații de parteneriat, ești de acord cu ei.
1. What OfficeBites is
OfficeBites is an online marketplace for corporate catering in Romania. You can browse catering styles, pick a partner restaurant, build a request by headcount and menu, and send it for confirmation.
We are an intermediary. The catering contract for food fulfilment sits between your company and the restaurant partner once the order is accepted.
2. Who may use the site
The service is aimed at businesses and workplace organisers placing catering for an office, meeting, or event. When you submit company details (name, CUI/CIF, address), you confirm they are accurate and that you are authorised to act for that company.
3. Requests are not instant bookings
Hitting submit creates a catering request, not an automatic confirmed booking. Availability, delivery window, and final price are confirmed by the restaurant (and, where needed, by us helping coordinate).
Need to change or cancel? Tell us or the restaurant as early as you can, ideally before kitchen prep starts. Late changes may no longer be possible.
4. Prices on screen vs what you pay
Menu prices, VAT lines, and any service fee shown in the flow are planning estimates in RON so your team can size the order. They are not a checkout charge from OfficeBites.
Payment happens off-platform, directly with the restaurant, under whatever method they agree with you (invoice, bank transfer, and so on). Final amounts are whatever the restaurant confirms for the accepted order.
5. Invoicing stays with the restaurant
Fiscal invoices, e-Factura, and ANAF obligations belong to the restaurant that fulfils the order. We collect CUI/CIF and billing details only so we can pass them to that restaurant. We do not process online payments and we are not the merchant of record.
6. Delivery and site access
Delivery timing depends on kitchen capacity, distance, and the lead time you choose. Give a complete delivery address and a reachable on-site contact. If access is blocked or details are wrong, delays are outside our control.
7. Allergens and special diets
Menu text is guidance, not a medical guarantee. Put allergies and dietary needs in the order notes. For critical restrictions, confirm directly with the restaurant as well.
8. Fair use of the platform
Do not misuse the site, try to break into it, scrape it at scale, or submit fake company or contact data. Restaurant partners must keep their menu and capacity information reasonably accurate.
9. Liability
We run the marketplace and the request flow. Food quality, preparation, and delivery fulfilment sit with the restaurant. To the extent Romanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from partner fulfilment (for example taste preference or event outcomes beyond the confirmed order). Mandatory legal rights are not limited by these terms.

1. Ce este OfficeBites
OfficeBites este un marketplace online pentru catering corporate în România. Poți răsfoi stiluri de catering, alege un restaurant partener, construi o cerere după număr de persoane și meniu, apoi o trimiti spre confirmare.
Suntem un intermediar. Contractul de furnizare a mâncării este între compania ta și restaurantul partener, odată ce comanda este acceptată.
2. Cine poate folosi site-ul
Serviciul este destinat firmelor și organizatorilor de la birou care comandă catering pentru sediu, meeting sau eveniment. Când trimiți datele firmei (denumire, CUI/CIF, adresă), confirmi că sunt corecte și că ești autorizat să acționezi în numele acelei companii.
3. Cererile nu sunt rezervări instant
Submit creează o cerere de catering, nu o rezervare confirmată automat. Disponibilitatea, fereastra de livrare și prețul final sunt confirmate de restaurant (și, unde e nevoie, cu ajutorul nostru la coordonare).
Vrei să modifici sau să anulezi? Anunță-ne pe noi sau restaurantul cât mai devreme, ideal înainte să înceapă prepararea. Modificările târzii pot să nu mai fie posibile.
4. Prețurile de pe ecran vs ce plătești
Prețurile de meniu, liniile de TVA și orice taxă de serviciu din flow sunt estimări de planificare în RON, ca echipa ta să dimensioneze comanda. Nu sunt o plată de checkout către OfficeBites.
Plata are loc în afara platformei, direct cu restaurantul, prin metoda agreată (factură, transfer etc.). Sumele finale sunt cele confirmate de restaurant pentru comanda acceptată.
5. Facturarea rămâne la restaurant
Facturile fiscale, e-Factura și obligațiile ANAF aparțin restaurantului care onorează comanda. Colectăm CUI/CIF și date de facturare doar ca să le transmitem acelui restaurant. Nu procesăm plăți online și nu suntem merchant of record.
6. Livrare și acces la sediu
Intervalul de livrare depinde de capacitatea bucătăriei, distanță și lead time-ul ales. Oferă o adresă completă și un contact la fața locului. Dacă accesul e blocat sau datele sunt greșite, întârzierile nu sunt sub controlul nostru.
7. Alergeni și diete speciale
Textul de meniu este orientativ, nu o garanție medicală. Pune alergiile și nevoile alimentare în notele comenzii. Pentru restricții critice, confirmă și direct cu restaurantul.
8. Folosire corectă a platformei
Nu folosi greșit site-ul, nu încerca acces neautorizat, nu face scraping la scară și nu trimite date false de firmă sau contact. Partenerii restaurant trebuie să țină meniul și capacitatea rezonabil de corecte.
9. Răspundere
Noi operăm marketplace-ul și fluxul de cerere. Calitatea mâncării, prepararea și livrarea țin de restaurant. În măsura permisă de legea română, nu răspundem pentru pierderi indirecte din fulfilment-ul partenerilor. Drepturile legale obligatorii nu sunt limitate de acești termeni.
10. Modificări și întrebări
